Paper Submission

Authors are invited to submit original and previously unpublished papers. Authors should submit a full 4 A4 pages (including figures) version of the paper, using the templates that can be downloaded below.  The paper must contain enough information for the reviewers to judge on the originality and quality of the work.

Paper submission will start on November 1st, 2023. Paper submission deadline is February 15th, 2024 March 18th, 2024.

The following two best paper awards will be given:

  • the Electronics, Circuits and Systems Best Paper Award, and
  • the Communication Systems Best Paper Award.

The paper must be uploaded using the EasyChair

During the uploading process, authors will be asked to categorize their papers in terms of the conference topics (see Call for Papers). Papers must be checked using IEEE PDF eXpress.  The Conference ID is 61810x

You will also be asked during paper submission for the type of presentation you prefer and if you want to be considered for the student paper award.

Students are encouraged to submit papers for oral or poster presentation. The best paper presentation will be awarded with "best student paper presentation" prize at the closing of the conference. A student paper presents results of a student's PhD, master or undergraduate thesis work. In order to be eligible as a student paper, the first author has to be a student  (or more than one student in case of joint work) and the second author the advisor. The accepted paper has to be presented by the student. The authors should clearly indicate their choice as a student paper on the time of submission. The contributions will be judged on their innovation, quality of work as well as the presenter’s ability to convey the paper's content.

Upon acceptance, authors will be asked to submit an updated version of the paper from 27 May 2024 until 3 June 2024. The paper templates provided below must be used. Papers must be checked using IEEE PDF eXpress.  The Conference ID is 61810x. The papers that are found to be consistent with the required formats and content will be submitted to IEEE Xplore as long as the registration has been paid and the paper presented.

The authors of the papers must register no later than 24 May 2024. At least one of the authors of each paper must have a full registration for attending the conference. In case of a person having more than one papers, any additional one (up to two extra) will be registered using a 50% discount.

To have the paper submitted to IEEE Xplore, the registration fee must be paid and the paper must be presented.
